The location was perfect and great, the staff was polite. I found nice Subway by accident, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The fact that the receptionist was having a personal call,in the back of reception which we could hear and we were waiting with young children to pay for our goods from the pantry for a good ten mins!!!!

The bed here is super cozy, the bathroom is great, and you've got a sweet flat-screen TV with all the channels you need. Plus, there's a microwave and fridge in the room, along with a convenient kitchenette 🍳.

This place is conveniently situated in a peaceful area near the downtown area with great dining options nearby and well-equipped rooms.

The layout of my room was excellent and the bed very comfortable.

Power went out and they had no type of backup generator so we went a full day with no electricity.

The staff were very attentive, and the location was unbeatable, very close to downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with good breakfast. - My bed was comfortable. - Having a dishwasher, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge were big pluses.

What a really great stay, no complaints at all. Great and friendly hotel located close to Irving, Grapevine, and Dallas. Brand-new units with spacious rooms. Expanded and hearty breakfast selection. Excellent service throughout the venue.

the hotel was fairly clean with exceptional staff from the housekeeping ladies to the manager. the rooms were fully-equipped and brand-new with good breakfast, a bedroom and the couch. i appreciated the expanded breakfast served. marvellous location of the property away from everything i wanted to do.
